Biography: As as Executive Advisor, Schindler plays a critical role for the BBC League Office, assisting in all controversial matters. Only ruling in calamitous circumstances, Stephen becomes the swing vote in all debated decisions made by the league office. While his success as the Executive Advisor is unparalleled, injuries and poor drafting resulted in terrible results in his first 5 seasons. However, things turned around in 2017 as he mortgaged the future to capture his first championship and go worst-to-first.
