1). Swift Buffalo (1-0)
The best team on paper just took a major hit with the Michael Thomas injury. Maybe Mike Evans will give him a major lift as he gets healthy and plays Carolina, NYG and NYJ. Shula is taking a different approach to this year. He’s active and spending. Dangerous.
2). Full-Court Prescott (1-0)
A monster performance from Josh. He got major production from his studs (minus SB), possesses a top 2 TE, and made a nice decision to pick-up Sammy Watkins and start him. His WR’s are weak and I’d suspect him to be on the hunt over the next coming weeks. How will be spend his remaining $74 this year? This manager appears to be on the track of going “all in.”
3). Super Kamario Brothers (1-0)
Another year and Steve has found himself back in the thick of things fantasy wise. Over and over again he proves to be in the upper-echelon of owners in the BBC. He had less money than most and made a splash with Alex on the draft night to acquire Josh Jacobs. In a great position to destroy Schindler this week and go to 2-0.
4). Prison Mike (1-0)
This is Justin’s best team since being in the BBC. The good news for the rest of us is that if someone could mess it up, it would be Justin. A great tandem of WR’s and his backs are involved in their respective offenses. I heard Kenyan Drake was in a walking boot? Yikes.
5). The Cluster Screw (0-1)
I wonder when Fournette is going to be played after spending $24 for him in the draft? Henry had 34 touches on Monday night – I’m not sure that’s sustainable, but Earl says “he knows what he’s doing” and will make the playoffs because fantasy is unfair. He’ll rebound after his loss this week.
6). Team Voldemort (1-0)
Tom will never win the BBC because he’s not active enough. He doesn’t spend money to acquire players during the season and “saves” $21 during the auction for no reason. Easy schedule that allows the playoffs to be in his sites.
7). Yarvard U (0-1)
This owner is in a bad place and the worst part about it is his scheduling break. He drew Shula, Josh, Ellis and Earl twice. While admitting to an overspend on Chubb, he is hoping for a breakout tonight in Cincinnati. How long can he hold onto Lamar Jackson? Who wants him?
8). JUSTY BUGS (0-1)
Should’ve kept Ezekiel Elliot. The blunder of the year so far.
9). Yo Adrians (0-1)
He’s mailed it in. His season is over.
10). Dixie Normous (0-1)
There’s an outside chance this team could be 0-13 in early December. He has a better chance to climb GT. Mountain after a ten mile hike, without water, on a 90 degree day.
